2016/2017 GIRLS VB TRYOUTS

Hey Everyone,

Tryouts are coming up. The tryouts will be in the CCHS Gym on Monday (Aug 1) and Tuesday (Aug 2nd) from 1-4 pm. Please bring volleyball gear (knee pads, shorts over spandex, water). The first hour will be physical testing with the next two hours being volleyball drills/evaluating. Tuesday will include conditioning with testing/evaluations. By 7pm on Tuesday, the rosters will be posted on this website under "teams" tab.

First team practice will be following Wednesday (Aug 3rd). Varsity will practice 12-3, with JV and FS in the gym together from 3-5pm.

Parent Meeting will be Friday (Aug 5th) in the gym at 6pm . Please have parents there with organizer/planner.

Physicals. Please make sure you check with athletic office to make sure you are cleared for volleyball practices.
